Shortly after graduating from Augusta Technical College, Melanie joined Jazzy Hair Studio as an entry-level hairstylist. After years of hard work, dedication, astounding clientele growth, and perfecting her craft; Melanie decided to begin her journey as an international educator for Ashtae Products, Inc in 2006. In June of 2008, Melanie and her business partner stepped out on faith and opened Unique Vision Hair Salon in Augusta, Georgia. She continued on solo to create and open The Stepping Stone, a small business incubator in the city.
